Night and day - Apply a generous amount to clean, dry skin and massage into skin using circular motions. Leave on for 10-15 minutes and then gently remove with a tissue or towel and massage any excess product into skin. At night for best results leave on overnight and follow up with a moisturizer. Bio-Shape can be used up to three times per week.
